After careful consideration, Pacific Northwest Planning is transitioning to a significantly reduced level of consulting operations.
Effective September 1st, 2026, I will no longer be accepting new consulting projects or applications on a regular basis. I am grateful to the clients, colleagues, jurisdictions, and professionals I have had the opportunity to work with over the past several years. It has been a privilege to help property owners and communities navigate the often complicated world of land use planning, permitting, and development regulations.
Existing projects will not be impacted by this change.
While I am stepping back from regular consulting, I may continue to take on select projects on a limited basis in the future. For that reason, this is not necessarily goodbye, just a change in how Pacific Northwest Planning operates.
